The FTrade Club Berries conference was held on May 27, 2021. Everything about the market of fresh and frozen berries in Ukraine “with no ties”.
Lubov Polovova, CEO of Subzero, spoke as an invited expert and partner of the conference, shared innovative and modern technologies for cooling, freezing and storing berries, as well as important aspects of designing refrigeration facilities:
- how to build, equip or reconstruct refrigeration systems;
- how to reduce costs and introduce energy-efficient technologies;
- how to choose the right system that will provide the necessary parameters for preserving berries;
- advantages and limitations of various technologies for cooling and freezing berries.
